If you are changing your address permanently within the UK, please go to your Petsure Account Portal

• Login
• Personal Details
• Address
• Edit (Add new address here)
• Save

Your new address is now saved on your account. 

                                                   

If you are moving outside of the UK please submit a change address form. 

Please note: You must have lived in the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands for at least six of the last 12 months, but not necessarily continuously, before you bought or renewed your policy.
